Beach Meditation

Yoga on Baxter

Louisville Kentucky

Asana + Meditation

Mondays 730-845pm CST

This class weaves together all of the key fundamentals of a complete yoga practice: yoga flow postures, breath and meditation. You can expect to be lead through a slow vinyasa style class for about the first 40 minutes of class, followed by a various pranayama (breath technique) practice and ending the experience with at least 15 minutes of meditation. This class will provide you with additional yoga philosophy knowledge that will help you understand your body more, will help you ease into a home yoga practice and/or will help you feel more comfortable when attending other public classes.

I love Tiffany's yoga classes at Yogaia. She is a welcoming and warm teacher and shares her extensive knowledge for all leveled learners. She exudes joy and makes practice fun, meaningful and insightful

I attended the seven-day yoga retreat, “Tapping into your higher self” in July 2017 to Positano, Italy that Tiffany co-lead. It was such a special trip and incorporated yoga with delicious, fresh food; sightseeing to places I would have never heard of if I had gone alone; self-reflection and journaling; and getting to meet so many kind, interesting people from different parts of the world! The amount of thought put into the retreat was so apparent & made it such a memorable experience for me. Additionally, I frequently went to classes lead by Tiffany in Austin, Texas. Tiffany is a wonderful yoga teacher who incorporates history, Hindu gods & goddesses, etc & includes mindfulness & meditation to her awesome strengthening classes. Tiffany’s passion for sharing the practice of yoga with others is so sincere. I’m no longer in the same city so I don’t get to attend her classes, however, I use practices that she has shared with me, always patiently & modified to the individual (e.g., “Inhale, create space” before a forward fold 😄) every time I practice yoga now.
