Why This Training?
-Lineage & Depth: Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and sacred texts, you’ll learn practices that honor yoga’s origins while applying them meaningfully in modern life.
-Curriculum-Standard: We follow Yoga Alliance curriculum standards while maintaining independence. You’ll receive the same robust education as YA-registered programs, but without the added costs.
-Mentorship-Focused Learning: Small group environment with personal attention from Tiffany, Ben, and Shanna. Limited spots mean you’ll be truly seen, supported, and guided with direct mentorship.
-Community & Belonging: You’re not just signing up for training – you’re joining a supportive sangha (community) that extends well beyond graduation.
-Life Skills, Not Just Teaching Skills: Even if you never teach a single class, the tools you gain will transform your resilience, communication, presence, and capacity to live with intention.
-Affordable & Accessible: Early Birdy, $2,500 tuition (register by October 1) or $2,850 afterwards, plus the cost of books. Payment plans are available to support your journey - a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to save your spot.

We will carefully guide you on this journey, one of the most incredible experiences that will encourage growth, curiosity and transformation-once you take the leap with us!
